These are, what we now know as basic practices in lean manufacturing, but Wakamatsu explanation brings to light the <em>HOW<\/em>, and not just the current what of the <em>practice<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Below are the review pages and the specific topic I have attempted to summarize. I have learned a great deal from Wakamatsu&#8217;s book.
