Specifically, you&#8217;ll learn the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>What are the 7 Quality Tools?<\/li>\n<li>What are their benefits?<\/li>\n<li>How to use each one.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>While most companies are seeking six sigma training and lean training, in practice most of what will be needed initially is just a basic knowledge and experience with the 7 Quality Tools, also known as the 7 QC Tools.<\/p>\n<p>The 7 Quality Tools are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Scatter Plot: Graphs pairs of numerical data, one variable on each axis, to look for a relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Cause and Effect Diagram: (also called Ishikawa or fishbone chart) and Identifies many possible causes for an effect or problem and sorts ideas into useful categories.<\/li>\n<li>Pareto Chart: Shows on a bar graph which factors are more significant.
