But, literally, almost zip &#8211; zero, nada &#8211; about Lean. Why do I say that? Let me explain briefly, then I want to be done talking about this book.<\/p>\n<p>In the book, he mentions &#8220;several tools&#8221; and calls one of them Lean. In his explanation, he doesn&#8217;t consider Lean a management system, but rather another tool in the process improvement toolbox. It&#8217;s a very newbie way of looking at Lean. practitioners, it&#8217;s really not something one would want to read next to the swimming pool, or while relaxing on the couch, or on vacation.<\/p>\n<p>But, it&#8217;s a good resource.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re price sensitive, there are plenty for sale on amazon that are used and are super affordable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
