Specifically, we covered:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a title=\"dmaic, define phase\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/lean-six-sigma-elements-of-define\/3231\/\">Define Phase<\/a>,\u00a0<strong>D<\/strong>MAIC<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"dmaic, measure phase\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/lean-six-sigma-elements-of-measure\/3234\/\">Measure Phase<\/a>, D<strong>M<\/strong>AIC<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"dmaic, analyze phase\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/lean-six-sigma-elements-of-analyze\/3238\/\">Analyze Phase<\/a>, DM<strong>A<\/strong>IC<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"dmaic, improve, six sigma\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/lean-six-sigma-dmaic-improve\/3241\/\">Improve Phase<\/a>, DMA<strong>I<\/strong>C<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In this post, we&#8217;ll cover the final phase of the DMAIC Methodology in Six Sigma, Control.<\/p>\n<h2>DMAIC &#8211; Six Sigma &#8211; Control<\/h2>\n<p>If you recall, the <a title=\"improve phase, six sigma, dmaic\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/lean-six-sigma-dmaic-improve\/3241\/\">Improve Phase of DMAIC<\/a> focused on implementing the practical solutions to the root causes identified in the <a title=\"analyze phase, six sigma, dmaic\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/lean-six-sigma-elements-of-analyze\/3238\/\">Analyze Phase of DMAIC<\/a>. In this phase of DMAIC, Control, we focus on verifying whether or not the changes we made in Improve led to the expected changes.
