Our 9th child &#8211; yes &#8211; I don&#8217;t blame you for freaking out. When I was younger, I didn&#8217;t think I&#8217;d be the father of a almost two basketball teams, but I&#8217;m grateful. And, adoption has been a blessing.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>corporate leaders act as if employees are inmates and being seen with and talking with them is not good. This idea runs completely counter to the principle and practice of Genchi Genbutsu<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Anyway &#8211; while at the courhouse, I took this picture, which I find so appropriate for this series of articles on Genchi Genbutsu.
