But is more than that: it is involving the people there by asking the right questions, in the right spirit, with the goal of involving others in the understanding of the problem and in the development of the solution(s).<\/p>\n<p>And, when others are involved in this manner, they are growing, learning, feel part of something, and developing.<\/p>\n<!--CusAds0-->\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s often said that Toyota builds people, then it builds cars.
