It contains several cases that highlight the VC and PE industry. It&#8217;s quite theoretical, and not as practical as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0814406262?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=sixsigma09-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=0814406262\">Buyout : The Insider&#8217;s Guide to Buying Your Own Company<\/a><!--                                                                                                                                                                                               --> but it&#8217;s still interesting and definitely a very good reference book. Felda Hardymon is a Professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School and a partner since 1981 at Bessemer Venture Partners, a leading venture capital firm. Ann Leamon, after co-founding the Center for Case Development at Harvard Business School, now serves as Senior Research Associate dedicated to the Venture Capital &amp; Private Equity class.
