One of the people being interviewed was a government official who oversaw <a title=\"interview with mark graban on healthcare quality\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/improving-healthcare-with-lean-with-mark-graban\/14659\/\">quality of care in nursing homes<\/a>.
