Yeah, me too.\u00a0Lean and Six Sigma is NOT for Lovers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; font-size:50px\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Until Now.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s right. Maybe you&#8217;ve been accused of the following also:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;You&#8217;re too process oriented&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;You&#8217;re too systematic&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;You&#8217;re too focused on problem solving&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;You&#8217;re too concerned about metrics&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Or how about these&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;You&#8217;re just not romantic enough.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;You don&#8217;t care about my feelings. You only care about processes.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Or<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; font-size:50px\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>&#8220;If you&#8217;re so concerned about improving things, why don&#8217;t you improve our marriage!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve ever been accused of those things and more, then we feel you&#8217;re pain. We have too.<\/p>\n<h2>So, For Christmas I Got This<\/h2>\n<p>My sister-in-law gave me an awesome gift for Christmas.<\/p>\n<p>In our family we draw names and I was lucky enough to have my sister-in-law draw my name this year. Now, this girl is super thoughtful. I&#8217;m the type to pretty much get a give card and sign it and then call that a gift.<\/p>\n<p>No, not her.<\/p>\n<p>She actually thought about me, my interest, what I was up to &#8211; she took the time to really know me and she catered my Christmas gift to me &#8211; yup, especially for me. It was so cool.<\/p>\n<h2>This is What I Got<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">I received a mystery shoe box covered in Christmas wrapping. There was a curious note on the side that said &#8220;Life with Care&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s going on?\u00a0So, I opened the box.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-13043\" alt=\"sipoc-date-2\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/sipoc-date-2.jpg\" width=\"819\" height=\"614\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In it, I found this. It&#8217;s Kanban Cody, my online persona &#8211; the guy who does the <a title=\"online lean six sigma training in hd dmaic black belt\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/landing\/join-shmula\/\">online lean six sigma training<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-13044\" alt=\"sipoc-date-3\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/sipoc-date-3.jpg\" width=\"819\" height=\"614\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">And then the card was a SIPOC Diagram. Wow! This is getting really interesting and helpful.
