I saw\u00a0Whole Foods Customer Comments on the wall!<\/p>\n<p>By the way, getting <a title=\"get feedback from customers at the point where they transact with you\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/payment-terminals-customer-satisfaction-survey\/10707\/\">customer feedback at the point of transaction<\/a> is a great idea.<\/p>\n<p>I was quite impressed by it for a few reasons:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Customer Comments wall included both good and bad comments. This represents a very transparent approach &#8211; an approach that is open and honest, has a way of creating a culture that is driven to improve on behalf of the customer.<\/li>\n<li>This type of openness creates an environment that is also good for employees &#8211; when employees feel like they are heard, then they in turn will also listen to customers.
