I&#8217;ve seen these surveys from Twitter before. I recently received a <a title=\"customer satisfaction survey from KFC\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/mobile-survey-net-promoter-score-fried-crispy-grilled\/10601\/\">customer satisfaction survey\u00a0from KFC\u00a0<\/a>. I was surprised to see an invitation and was also curious. So, I went ahead and took the survey. Below is the Twitter Survey invitation:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Twitter has selected a small group of users for a brief survey. Answer a few questions and have your opinion count!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10691 aligncenter\" title=\"online-survey-twitter-example-1\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/online-survey-twitter-example-1.png\" alt=\"online survey tools, twitter promoted tweet\" width=\"640\" height=\"960\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/online-survey-twitter-example-1.png 640w, https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/online-survey-twitter-example-1-600x900.png 600w, https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/online-survey-twitter-example-1-200x300.png 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t what the survey was going to be about &#8211; it wasn&#8217;t apparent in the invitation. It turns out the survey is from McDonald&#8217;s:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>How would you rate McDonald&#8217;s in terms of having food you feel good about eating?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10691 aligncenter\" title=\"online-survey-twitter-example-2\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/online-survey-twitter-example-2.png\" alt=\"online survey tools, twitter promoted tweet\" width=\"640\" height=\"960\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now, the Net Promoter Question &#8211; which is also quite predictable, since most businesses are using the NPS these days:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>How likely are you to purchase food from McDonald&#8217;s within the next 30 days?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10691 aligncenter\" title=\"online-survey-twitter-example-3\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/online-survey-twitter-example-3.png\" alt=\"online survey tools, twitter promoted tweet\" width=\"640\" height=\"960\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now, I&#8217;m asked about my visit behavior to Mcdonald&#8217;s:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>How often do you visit McDonald&#8217;s?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10691 aligncenter\" title=\"online-survey-twitter-example-4\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/online-survey-twitter-example-4.png\" alt=\"online survey tools, twitter promoted tweet\" width=\"640\" height=\"960\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And, that&#8217;s the end of the survey.<\/p>\n<p>All in all, the survey was well done. The screens flowed well from one screen to the next. What is weird though is that, as a user, I had no idea what the survey would be about. It was about McDonald&#8217;s &#8211; I would have been a definite promoter if I were offered some free food or something. Regardless, the survey was pretty smooth and easy.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10691 aligncenter\" title=\"online-survey-twitter-example-5\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.opexlearning.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/online-survey-twitter-example-5.png\" alt=\"online survey tools, twitter promoted tweet\" width=\"640\" height=\"960\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Twitter is calling this a &#8220;Brand Survey&#8221;. They claim the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Brand surveys allow users of Twitter to optionally share their perceptions of different companies and products.
