Lego Lean Simulation Showing Lean Principles Through Lego Movie

Here’s an interesting video that shows Lego characters – lego minifigures explaining several principles in Lean Manufacturing. It’s amusing, but it might be also be instructive. It’s certainly innovative and novel.

The video explains the following lean principles:

1. Total Productivity Maintenance
2. 7 Wastes
3. 5S
4. Just in Time

And explains Quality, Productivity, and Visual Management.

It’s amusing to be sure. I’m not sure if it’s instructive, but give it a chance I suppose.
